After visiting a secluded Roman Villa, which was buried under the ashes of Vesuvius in 79 AD and incredibly still intact, we will move to a traditional, family-run pasta making company in Gragnano where we will see  the last of the women who still make the famous fusilli pasta by hand. The bravest among us will also try to make their own fusilli.

For lunch we will be welcomed inside the small taverna,  belonging to the same pasta company owners where we will taste delicious recipes prepared by the women of the family
