After stopping at a small dairy farm to view the making of Fiordilatte and Provolone del Monaco (if in season), we have lunch in a local restaurant where, in a very elegant and relaxed atmosphere, overlooking a stunning panoramic view, we are served sea food dishes with a special selection
of wines from the Amalfi Coast.

 We leave the mountains for the sea and, on our way down, among breathtaking  views, we have a short stop to admire the only Italian fjord, the most Southern in Europe.

Our day ends with a walk through the historical centre of Positano, with its wonderful views and its narrow streets leading down to the sea.
