This day is dedicated to one of the most technological wineries in Southern Italy,
where wine knowledge is combined with care and tradition.

Before getting to the winery we will visit a Medieval Abbey that is set in beautiful natural  surroundings and still hosts a community of monks.

Once at the wine estate, we will see the large high tech cellars where, together with wine, they preserve a beautiful presepe sculpture decorated with detailed figures and interiors.

After a stroll through the vineyards, we will be hosted inside their glass built restaurant, overlooking the vines, where we will be served a delicious Nouvelle Cuisine lunch
