In the morning we visit a small “torroncini” factory, a special kind of nougat covered with chocolate that is produced only in this area.

We transfer to a unique clock museum, where we will be able to see a collection of antique grandfather clocks collected by one of the locals.

After a short walk through the haunted historical centre, founded in the 15th century by a group of colonists coming from Provence, we transfer for lunch to a local restaurant where we will be served traditional dishes, coming from farmers’ recipes that are exclusively produced there.

This is a very Christmasy tour, since at Christmas there is a special nougat exhibition in the streets of the village
