We live with our three children in Campania where we take any possible chance to explore and find new routes and venues for our tours. Wherever we take you, we are sure that you will leave with memories for a lifetime.
At VinViaggiando we organize food and wine tours in the Campania region of Southern Italy, combining visits to producers with excursions to historical and natural locations, mostly off the beaten track. We love creating memorable moments for our guests, experiencing traditional Southern Italian hospitality, enjoying unique tastings, taking part in cooking demonstrations and being welcomed into the producers' homes.
We will share with you our strong passion for the traditions and values and we will take you on a memorable journey around a magical land. You will follow in the footsteps of the ancient Greeks and of the Roman Empire, visit old medieval villages, taste wines made for the Bourbon kings and savour the dishes which have made Italian cuisine famous around the world.
From the Slopes of Vesuvius to the beaches of Cilento, from the lemon groves of the Amalfi coast to the vineyards of Avellino, from the hustle and bustle of Naples to the rolling country side of Benevento and the royal gardens of Caserta.

Piera started “Vinviaggiando” in 2001 being a pioneer of food and wine tourism in her region.
As a graduate in Foreign Language and Literature at the Orientale University of Naples, she also gained a PHD in Cultural tourism management and the titles of official tour guide and travel agency director. Since she started she has never lost her passion for the history of her land and its produce.
Over the years her expertise and dedication has been enriched by the support of her Scottish husband Alan, who is also a well-known English teacher and teacher trainer, but more importantly passionate about the world of wine and wine tourism.
Alan has added a little sparkle to Vinviagginado, with his knowledge of the technical world of wine gained through qualifications with “The wine and spirits education trust”.

They have a deep knowledge of the history of the Campania region and its products and they are supported by a small team of competent guides and drivers.
Thanks to their enthusiasm and their warm, welcoming personality, they always succeed in creating a memorable trip away from the hectic everyday.
Booking should be done in advance. We recommend contacting us at least 3 months before your arrival, especially if you are booking a customised trip. Of course, we would do our best to satisfy your request also at a shorter notice but in high season (June, July, August) late bookings cannot be guaranteed.
The best months are in Spring and Fall when the weather is not too hot.
April, May, early June, late September and October being the best option.
Completely off the season tours are suggested also in Winter when the weather can still be surprisingly mild and there are very few tourists.
We usually avoid taking people around in the first three weeks of August when it is Summer high season over here. Places are packed and roads are very busy, especially along the coast and the heat can condition the visits to farms and vineyards.
This will depend on the number of guests. We supply comfortable mini vans or small buses.

Each tour is different from the other and you can choose the tour which is more suitable to your requirements. Most of our tours include some walking but some are little heavier than the others, depending on the sites visited and also on the heat during the summer months. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any information about our tours.
