Begin an extraordinary journey along the stunning Amalfi Coast, submerging yourself in a tapestry of experiences that intricately weave together history, culture, and flavours. Our adventure commences with a visit to a maritime Roman villa, where the whispers of ancient seafaring tales echo through time. Explore the well-preserved relics and architectural marvels, gaining insights into the maritime life of a bygone era.

Our next stop is at a quaint liqueur factory, a hidden gem that unveils the meticulous artistry behind crafting limoncello by hand. Engage your senses as skilled artisans guide you through the step-by-step process, from how they hand-pick the sun-kissed lemons to the infusion of flavours. Indulge in a tantalizing tasting session, allowing the notes of limoncello to delight your taste buds.

Continuing our expedition, we will be warmly welcomed into a family-operated winery nestled in the enchanting Lattari Mountains. The owner, a custodian of generations-old viticultural knowledge, leads us through their sprawling vineyards, sharing the secrets of cultivating Tintore grapes, a century-old variety growing only in the mountains of Amalfi. Sample a curated fusion of traditional recipes, each expertly paired with an array of Costa D’Amalfi wines, providing a sensorial journey through the region's rich culinary heritage.

As the day progresses, learn about the captivating history of winemaking in this region. Trace the origins of viticulture along the ancient routes crossed by Greek and Roman ships navigating the Mediterranean coasts. Uncover the stories of the fearless seafarers who brought vines and winemaking techniques to these shores, laying the foundation for the vibrant wine culture we have today.

Our journey culminates in a deep understanding of the symbiotic relationship between the land, the sea, and the exquisite wines that have matured over centuries, leaving you with a tapestry of memories that resonate with the essence of this captivating region.

FAQ

Booking should be done in advance. We recommend contacting us at least 3 months before your arrival, especially if you are booking a customised trip. Of course, we would do our best to satisfy your request also at a shorter notice but in high season (June, July, August) late bookings cannot be guaranteed.

The best months are in Spring and Fall when the weather is not too hot.

April, May, early June, late September and October being the best option.

Completely off the season tours are suggested also in Winter when the weather can still be surprisingly mild and there are very few tourists.

We usually avoid taking people around in the first three weeks of August when it is Summer high season over here. Places are packed and roads are very busy, especially along the coast and the heat can condition the visits to farms and vineyards.

This will depend on the number of guests. We supply comfortable mini vans or small buses.

Yes, however these must be communicated in advance. Please see special requirements.

If you are unsure about a trip, we can customise a trip for you. Please see link customised tours).

Bookings can be made by contacting us directly on the website. Please detail how many people and which is the type of tour you are interested in.

Each tour is different from the other and you can choose the tour which is more suitable to your requirements. Most of our tours include some walking but some are little heavier than the others, depending on the sites visited and also on the heat during the summer months. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any information about our tours.
